Zamdit enables you to create tailored hiring pipelines by defining job details and customizing each stage with evaluations, questionnaires, assessments, and automated actions. The Progress Board offers a visual, centralized overview to track candidate progress, advance or disqualify applicants, schedule interviews, communicate, compare candidates, and manage tasks and reports, ensuring an efficient and organized recruitment process.

Online Assessments in Zamdit help you objectively evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and suitability for a role. You can use built-in tests or create your own, covering areas like cognitive ability, programming, personality, and more. These assessments reduce bias, save time, and provide structured insights to identify top candidates more efficiently.

Online Interview Questionnaires in Zamdit let you pre-screen candidates by collecting detailed responses through customizable forms. You can include video questions, file uploads, open-ended answers, and more. Responses are recorded and organized for easy review, helping you evaluate communication skills, qualifications, and fit before moving candidates to the next stage.

Zamdit simplifies reference checks by automatically sending structured questionnaires to contacts provided by candidates. These are triggered by Reference Check questions in interview questionnaires. You can customize the questions to match the role, collect feedback from professional or personal references, and gain reliable insights to support hiring decisions.
